Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to all services provided by fxdesign (part of Flexinit BV). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General

These terms apply to all quotations, agreements and services of fxdesign. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing. fxdesign reserves the right to change these terms.

2. Services

fxdesign offers web design, web development and related digital services. The exact content and scope of the services is set out in a separate agreement or quotation.

3. Liability

fxdesign is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the previous twelve months for the service concerned.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to materials developed by fxdesign remain with fxdesign until full payment has been made. After payment, the rights are transferred in accordance with the concluded agreement.

5. Changes

fxdesign reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in time via the website or by e-mail.

6. Applicable law

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where fxdesign is established.
